Blue Apron is weekly meal delivery service company that is dedicated to deliver high quality ingredients with their corresponding recipes. Fresh organic ingredients and basically everything you need to create a dish worthy of a picture and even you can call yourself a chef.
How does it work?
You create an account on their website, www.blueapron.com choose the food portions and your predilections. Choose which day of the week you want the delivery. It comes to your house in a box sealed with ice bags.
My experience with Blue Apron was excellent. I consider myself an expert in the kitchen but for a person with little or no knowledge in the kitchen it would be easy enough to learn since the instructions are simple.
In my case the delivery arrived on Monday, 3 recipes for 2 people, that is, 6 portions for $ 59.94.
The approximate cost is $ 9-10 per plate or per person. You must also take into account that in addition to the price you are paying, you must cook the food. Each recipe takes around 30-45 minutes. It is a good option to learn and cook for you or your family. It is healthier to cook your own meals than buying on restaurants or fast food because you know the ingredients you are using and the quantities.
