Can you see the elegance and deliciousness of these pictures? Yes I'm the lucky one. You are taking a look at Drunken Chicken, a boneless chicken breast pan-seared in an Irish whiskey cream sauce with mushrooms and a Pot Roast, fresh spring veggies, home made creamy mashed potatoes.

You would think this is the classy meat, veggies and potatoes meal but the reality is that it was taken to the next level. The richness of the whiskey sauce and the buttery sauce flavors were integrated to these three basic components of every Irish meal.
To seal the deal, the ambiance and the music made this dinning experience a very memorable one at The Field Irish Pub & Eatery.
